I'm exhausted. I can't even think right now. I did want to post some pictures {the only ones I took this week}. I'm not a good at catching up.
This must have been Tuesday. He found a red vine in his chair, who knows how it got there {Emma, was that you!?} but he surely enjoyed it!
We took the kids out to dinner. They needed a break from our basement. I needed a break from our basement! It's always so fun watching how different my boys are.
Emma and Dad shared a super delicious Lava Cookie with Ice Cream! She wanted "moe, please!"
Emma taught the boys how to "drink soup". I was trying new things. The boys have been so picky lately, or maybe just not hungry enough for Gerber. I know I rather starve than eat that stuff! So, I made soup. Emma loved it but doesn't do well eating liquid-y stuff on her own. I said, drink it! She thought it was the best idea ever and slurped away! The boys were not interested in food, only crackers, so I went and vacuum another room {I clean in 5 minute lapses}. I came back and Emma had handed Alex her bowl and told him to drink it! He gave it a try!I think they want to handle their own food. I don't think I can take the mess!
So, I handed it to Ben to see what he thought.
Alex wanted it back!
And finally, yesterday. What a day! All three fussed and cried and went without naps most of the day!
This was the only five minutes I was able to breathe. They munched on crackers and watched "balloons" {UP}. Little miss doesn't fit in that chair anymore but wanted to be like the boys! She was stuck in there for a good while.
Today, there was a lot of cleaning. We re-arranged the basement. We needed to make more room for the boys to roam around. I think they liked it. Nobody napped. We went to Cecilia's house to her World Cup Pizza Party. It was a nice break. We had to come home early because they were so tired! We got home at 8:15pm. They were overly tired! 10:30 they finally fell asleep.
It was a different week. It was a tough one, but good in its own challenging way!
