Welcome

To our family blog! We love having a spot to record the Grand and not so Grand events in our lives! Thanks for keeping track of us and for tagging along! And don't forget to check out my photography blog!

THE LITTLE RED HEN

Emma has a new favorite book. The Little Red Hen Makes A Pizza. We read it every night. She knows it by heart and since I kind of just make the story up as I go now, she will remind me of the details I forget to mention, every single one. We have decided we will make a pizza one of these days. She loves the story and thinks that the Little Red Hen is so nice but not too little really. She picked up the book yesterday and found a spot {Our kitchen table. All three kids love playing on the table for some reason.} to read her book again. It was too cute and I thought it was a great chance to record her new love.

I love it that the book is upside down!

Every night she points at every single item of food in the story. And, she knows every single one, I think her favorite is the pickled eggplant.

So sweet! I love when kids love a book so much that they know it by heart!
Did I mention that I LOVE your (well I've only tried you mom's but I am sure yours are the same) tortillas? Sometimes I day dream of that time we ate them in AZ. Remember that huge stack Hno. Hernandez brought back for us?
Oh that heavenly tortilla....

It was nice to get caught up, now that I have a little time. You are going to have the best photo's to hand your children when they are older, they won't have missed a thing!

Ok, Rigel, are you a professional photographer? These photos are AMAZING!!! What kind of camera do you use? I might get one in December for Christmas. :)

I read that book when I was little too. It taught me a good lesson and to this done I do quote it from time to time when I feel like I am doing things all by myself and could use some help. Cool!!
